1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing this website, creating an account, requesting services, submitting information or otherwise engaging ImmiOps360, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If a separate written service agreement, statement of work, engagement letter or order applies to a particular engagement, that document will control to the extent of any direct conflict with these Terms.
2. Scope of services
ImmiOps360 provides business-process and operational support that may include immigration operations support for attorneys and law firms, workforce compliance and HR administration support for employers, recruitment and talent-support services, document preparation, document organization, filing-process support, case coordination and related administrative services. The precise scope, deliverables, timelines and fees may vary by engagement.
Services are limited to the scope expressly agreed. ImmiOps360 may decline or pause work that falls outside the agreed scope, requires information that has not been provided, presents a conflict or compliance concern, or requires services that ImmiOps360 is not authorized to provide.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete, current and accurate information and documents; reviewing drafts and completed materials before signing, submitting or relying on them; meeting deadlines communicated to you; maintaining copies of important records; and obtaining qualified legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice when needed.
You must not provide false, misleading, fraudulent or unlawfully obtained information or ask ImmiOps360 to prepare, alter or submit material that you know is inaccurate. You remain responsible for decisions, representations, signatures and submissions made in your name or on behalf of your organization.
4. Fees, payments, cancellations and refunds
Fees, billing milestones and payment methods will be communicated before or during an engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, government filing fees, attorney fees, courier charges, translation fees, third-party platform charges and similar external costs are separate from ImmiOps360 service fees.
Work may be paused for overdue amounts. Cancellation and refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the applicable service, work already performed, committed third-party costs and any separate written terms provided for the engagement. No refund is implied merely because a government agency, employer, client, attorney or other third party reaches an unfavorable decision.
5. Documents, accounts and electronic communications
You authorize ImmiOps360 to communicate with you electronically using the contact information you provide. You are responsible for keeping your email address, telephone number and account information current and for safeguarding your login credentials.
Where document upload, portal or messaging features are made available, you should use the designated secure method. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email, WhatsApp or other messaging channels. Availability of portal features may change as the service develops.
6. Intellectual property
The ImmiOps360 name, logo, website design, original website content, workflows, templates and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to ImmiOps360 unless otherwise stated. You may use deliverables prepared specifically for you for their intended purpose, subject to payment of applicable fees and any separate engagement terms. You may not reproduce, resell, publish or commercially exploit ImmiOps360 proprietary materials without permission.
7. Third-party services and government agencies
ImmiOps360 is independent of USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Labor, immigration courts, consulates, embassies and other government agencies. References or links to government or third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Third-party systems, filing portals, payment processors, email providers, cloud services, courier services and government websites may experience outages, delays or changes outside ImmiOps360's control.
8. Professional-services and outcome disclaimer
ImmiOps360 is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. Unless services are expressly delivered through an appropriately licensed or authorized professional, ImmiOps360 does not determine legal eligibility, choose immigration benefits for customers, provide legal opinions or represent customers before courts or government agencies. Please review our Disclaimer for additional information.
No outcome, approval, processing time, placement, employment result, government decision or other third-party action is guaranteed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ImmiOps360 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of opportunity, lost profits, government delays, third-party actions or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by a customer. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Suspension or termination
ImmiOps360 may suspend or terminate access to services or the portal for misuse, security concerns, non-payment, unlawful activity, abusive conduct, material breach of these Terms or other reasonable compliance concerns. Obligations concerning payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers and liability may survive termination where applicable.
11. Governing law and changes
Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, these Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to ImmiOps360's business establishment in India, subject to mandatory laws that may apply to a particular customer or service. Any jurisdiction or dispute-resolution clause for a paid engagement may also be set out in the applicable service agreement.
We may update these Terms as our services, technology or legal obligations evolve. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through appropriate channels.
