1. No attorney-client relationship
Using this website, contacting ImmiOps360, attending a process-focused call, sending documents or purchasing an administrative service does not create an attorney-client relationship. ImmiOps360 does not hold itself out as a U.S. attorney, law firm or Department of Justice accredited representative.
Only appropriately licensed or otherwise authorized professionals may provide legal advice or representation where the law requires it. If your question requires interpretation of law, an eligibility determination, legal strategy or representation, you should consult a qualified attorney or other authorized representative.
2. Services for individuals and self-filers
Individual support may include administrative form population based on information you provide, document organization, evidence indexing, package formatting, checklist support based on published requirements, filing-process assistance and other clerical or process support within the agreed scope.
ImmiOps360 does not independently choose which immigration benefit you should seek, determine whether you legally qualify for a benefit, decide how immigration law applies to disputed or complex facts, or represent you before an immigration court or government agency. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all information before signing or submitting a filing.
3. Support for attorneys and law firms
When ImmiOps360 provides drafting, case-processing, form, evidence, RFE, petition-package or other operational support to a licensed attorney or law firm, the attorney or law firm remains responsible for legal strategy, legal advice, professional review, client representation and final legal determinations. ImmiOps360's role is support-oriented and does not replace counsel.
4. Employer compliance and HR support
I-9, Public Access File, LCA tracking, HR documentation and other compliance-related services are offered as administrative and process support. Employers remain responsible for their legal obligations, employment decisions, attestations, signatures and compliance determinations. Where a question requires legal interpretation, the employer should consult qualified counsel.
5. Talent and recruitment services
Candidate sourcing, candidate marketing, employer outreach, recruitment administration and placement-support activities do not guarantee interviews, offers, placements, sponsorship, visa approval or employment. Employers retain responsibility for hiring decisions and compliance with applicable employment, immigration, anti-discrimination and recruitment requirements.
6. Website content and process sessions
Website content, checklists, articles, communications and process-focused sessions are provided for general informational and operational purposes. Immigration laws, forms, fees, filing procedures, government guidance and processing practices can change. You should verify current requirements with the relevant government agency or qualified professional before relying on information for a time-sensitive or legally significant decision.
A statement that information is educational or general does not convert legal advice into administrative support; accordingly, ImmiOps360 maintains boundaries around questions that require legal judgment.
7. No guarantees
ImmiOps360 does not guarantee immigration approvals, visa issuance, processing times, government action, compliance outcomes, employment, recruitment results, interviews, placements or any other result controlled by a third party. Past experience, examples or estimated timelines should not be interpreted as a promise of future results.
8. No government affiliation
ImmiOps360 is a private business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Labor, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, any U.S. embassy or consulate, or any other government agency. Government names and forms may be referenced solely to describe processes or services.
9. External links and third-party information
Links to government agencies, attorneys, employers, recruiters, service providers or other external websites are provided for convenience. ImmiOps360 does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, security or practices of third-party websites or services.
